Author Terms of Service

When you submit articles to DirectoryJam you agree to or accept the following;

You are the sole owner and author of the article and all copyrights. Your name must consist of at least a first and last name of an actual persons name and contain no trademark or company name and contain no numbers.

We have the right to accept the article of deny its inclusion into our article directory. 

We have the right to place it in a category we find most appropriate.

Your article title must not contain any trade mark names.

You agree to not include any affiliate links or links in your article.  If you are promoting affiliate links or products they must be on your own site or page that you link to but not included in article. The only place a link may be included is in the resource box but this excludes affiliate links.

Publication of you article may occur on other sites or partner sites through RSS or other means for syndication.  How another site or third party site uses that article is you sole responsibility and not ours.

Your article may appear in our newsletters.

We reserve the right to include advertising on the same page or pages your article is viewed.

Should an article published from this site be used or published on a third party or any other site it must retain the link back to this site in the resource box.

Your article may be translated into other languages.

We are a free service for publishes and authors.  You will receive no compensation for your work or submission of articles when published.  This is not a partnership. Though our intent is to get you maximum exposure for your articles we can make no guarantee that you will receive it.

By using this site you agree to accept email that relate to this site and products that may be advertised in those emails include article marketing and affiliate links to internet marketing products.

By submitting an email address you agree that this email address is your contact address and if it is found to be an email that is no longer working the author and all content attributed to the author of that content may have all articles deleted and account suspended.

We have the right to revise or change our TOS or terms of service policy at anytime and it is your responsibility to be aware of these changes if you continue to use this site or have a submitted article on this site.
